Preah Moha Pheach Sambor has been a Buddhist monk from 1998 to the present. He graduated from Buddhist High School with a Bachelor of Arts in Khmer Literature and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Administration.

The most Ven. has more than 10 years of experience as a teacher of morality and English in the Buddhist and social moral education program. He was a Buddhist teacher at Botum Rath Buddhist Primary School, Prey Veng City and Teacher at Hun Sen Buddhist Secondary School, Wat Serey Sarapech, and Prey Veng Province. He is currently a teacher at Wat Phneat Simpaly Buddhist Primary School, Sangkat Snor, Khan Kambol, and Phnom Penh.

As the Pagoda Fund Coordinator, he has been preparing procedures to ensure compliance with the goals to support education, revenue management, fundraising, accountability and efficiency. Ven. Has been coordinated the use of resources, financial reports and progress reports for internal institutional and provided to the funded pagodas.
