Strategy

PUTHI Social Development Organization (PUTHI) adhere to  flexible strategies for the welfare of the target group the following strategies:

Capacity Building: We focus on empowering vulnerable groups to acquire knowledge, skills and experience to meet their rights and needs. Developing leadership skills at the grassroots level on management, leadership and coordination skills is critical to changing gender attitudes and attitudes.

Strengthening Ownership: We encourage stakeholders in the public, private and civil society sectors, especially local people, to participate in physical and mental resources to help vulnerable groups enjoy equal rights and opportunities in education social protection services, health, education and occupation.

Constructive: We adhere to finding the maximum good or positive points or achievements of any individual or group or institution before proceeding to provide highly professional and peaceful constructive advice for sustainable progress, both physical and non-physical.

Partnership: Long-term partnership, we adhere to meaningful and active participation from all stakeholders at all stages in accordance with democracy, transparency, accountability, respect and value.

Equality: Gender Equality, we work with stakeholders to ensure that all people, especially vulnerable groups, enjoy their rights to opportunity, resource management, decision-making and incentives, especially to address inequalities of power in the family, community and society.

Transformation: Transformation for change, we work professionally with stakeholders to bring about positive change to gender stereotypes in society, using participatory approaches, reflection, role models and creating positive habits.
