Mr. Mr. Ly Sounsamun holds a Bachelor of Education in English and a Bachelor of International Business Administration. He is an English teacher with more than 10 years of experience teaching general English from basic to advance. He also received pedagogical training at the university. He has more than 10 years of management experience in training, capacity building for staff, organizations, company staff, and students on entrepreneurship, business management, human resource management, financial management and other related managers.

​ On behalf of Business Development Advisor  (BDA), Mr. Ly Sounsamun ensures the capacity building of staff on institutional development, program development and provides training to national, international, provincial, district and commune government staff on relevant skills and topics.  He has been using his experience and skills to support a professional team to provide quality services to students, parents, guardians, entrepreneurs, leaders, institutions and business owners.
