Mr. Sok Way has completed his Master of Business Administration. He has more than 20 years of experience with national and international organizations in managing multi-sectoral projects such as promoting gender equality, women's rights, children's rights, migration, economic strengthening, entrepreneurship and governance. In addition, he also has experience in training and capacity building for staff of national and international organizations, government officials at the provincial, district and commune levels with relevant topics.
On behalf of the Capacity Development Advisor, Mr. Sok Way ensures the capacity building of staff on institutional development, program development and provides training to national, international, provincial, district and commune government staff on relevant skills and topics. He has been using his experience and skills to support a professional team to provide quality services to students, parents, guardians, entrepreneurs, leaders, institutions and business owners.
