Miss. Sun Thavy General Assistant

Ms. Sun Thavy graduated with a Bachelor of Sociology. She has undergone major training courses such as Positive Parenting, Skills Counselling, Social Work Practice, Business Ideas, Leadership, Stress Management, Trauma Care, Communication Skills, and Self-Confidence.

She has nearly 10 years of experience with national and international organizations in multi-sectoral such as the promotion of education for children and youth in the community, the promotion of the community economy, the promotion of gender equality, women's rights, children's rights, migration, child protection and promote the rights of victims of human trafficking, psychological counselling, economic strengthening and social governance. In addition, she has 8 years of experience with the private sector in areas such as research and survey, business and social development, human resource management and recruitment, and has experience in organizing training courses and workshops for companies and organizations. Some in Cambodia on Relationship Skills and Self-Confidence, Leadership for Business or Company Managers. She is currently in charge of economic empowerment and career counselling for victims of human trafficking.

As an Assistant in General Support, Ms. Sun Thavy liaises, builds relationships and collaborates with stakeholders in providing Training Services to Strengthen Connectivity in Partnership With stakeholders. She will work closely with the manager General and management to ensure that our team will provide services in accordance with professional standards, quality, transparency and efficiency. She has used her experience and skills to ensure that the team able to provide quality services to students, parents who use the services.
